What is covered...Any defect in material or workmanship.
Who is covered...The original retail purchaser or any subsequent owner who acquires the WallyBags product during the warranty period.
For how long...All warranty claims must be submitted within three years from the date of first retail purchase.
What will we do for justified claim...We will repair, or if repair is not possible, replace your WallyBags product for any breach of warranty, express or implied. Unless required by law, no other remedy for breach or any implied or express warranty is provided.
How to activate your warranty...Please register online or fill out the warranty information included with your purchase and mail to: Clemco Products, WallyBags Registration, 1228 Tech Court, Westminster, MD 21157.
How to get service...Contact the dealer from which you purchased your WallyBags product or call 800-233-4545 for customer service.
What is not covered...Any damage to your WallyBags product caused by improper handling or abuse that is not due to faulty construction. For example, tears by sharp instruments or damage by airlines. Also not covered are shipping costs for products to be repaired or replaced.
Limitations of warranties and remedies...This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. All warranties express and implied, expire if not made within the warranty period described above. The remedies described above are the sole remedies. Clemco Products is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from any breach of warranty.
How state law applies...This warranty gives specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
