*Please note: Due to the sudden increase in travel, we are experiencing much longer processing times at the warehouses of many of our luggage brands. Orders that normally take 1-2 days for processing time are now taking 5-7 days. Please plan ahead so your luggage arrives in time for your travels.

We offer free ground shipping on orders over $99, shipping to the contiguous U.S  (*oversize shipping fees may apply).

We also offer 3-day, and 2-day shipping, which refers to business days in transit, not days to your door. All orders require at least 1 full business day for processing before shipment.

Below you will find the estimated transit times and cost of the shipping services we offer. These times are estimates and can be affected by weather and other circumstances outside the control of the shipping carriers. Business days are Monday - Friday, and exclude holidays.

Ground Shipment

Free Shipping* on orders over $99 / $6.95 on orders $99 and under - 2 to 7 business days (*oversize shipping fees may apply)

*MyFly Bag orders are charged a $15 handling fee per bag.

3-Day Shipment

Starting at $15.00 - Shipping cost varies based on the size and weight of the shipment. Shipping cost is calculated upon checkout.

2-Day Shipment

Starting at $25.00 - Shipping cost varies based on the size and weight of the shipment. Shipping cost is calculated upon checkout.

Shipping Carriers

Luggage Pros partners with FedEx, and the United States Postal Services (USPS) to ship your packages. Domestic Ground shipping orders are shipped by FedEx or FedEx SmartPost; Domestic Expedited shipping orders are shipped by FedEx; and all International orders (Ground or Expedited) are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that will confirm which carrier was used for your products along with a tracking number for each item.

FedEx SmartPost processing facilities work in conjunction with the USPS to deliver your package.

Shipping Details

*Please order early! Our carriers are experiencing extremely high shipping volumes due to the pandemic. Plus, with an increase in travel, warehouses are experiencing high volumes of shipments. Processing times are taking longer than usual. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, but recommend choosing expedited shipping methods for time-sensitive orders.

* Most expedited orders will ship out in 1-2 business days, which are processing days and not considered days in transit. 

* Due to a new FedEx oversize surcharge ($16 dimension surcharge plus $3.50 peak surcharge), items over 105 inches in length plus girth will be charged a $19.50 oversize fee. This will be added to some wheeled garment bags, large wheeled duffels, trunks, luggage sets, and large luggage pieces that require additional shipping surcharges due to the large size.

* All MyFly bag orders are charged a $15 handling/assembly fee.

* Luggage Pros must be notified within 7 days of any lost or stolen packages which ensures time to file a trace with the carrier. 

Luggage Pros is committed to keeping our products in stock. If we do not have your products in stock at the time you place your order, we will have the manufacturer ship the products directly from their warehouse to your doorstep. There may be a 2-5 day delay on these orders.
