You can rest assured with our Built For A Lifetime Limited Warranty which covers defects on major components such as wheels, zippers, extension handles and carry handles. In addition, we’ve included a *Trusted Companion Promise – a worry-free enhancement which covers damage caused by airlines and other common carries along with coverage of shipping costs if a bag needs to be sent in for repair.

How to Make a Claim
If you have a problem with the functional performance of your luggage as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair your bag (or replace it with a product of comparable value, if in our sole discretion repair is not feasible) at our expense. Simply drop-off your defective luggage at one of authorized repair centers for prompt assessment and handling. Please be certain to have your Proof of Purchase available at the time of drop-off.
