Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days from the receipt of your shipment to obtain a pre-paid return shipping label. Once returned, a prompt refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Details
- All merchandise must be in the same new, unused condition in which it was received, including original tags, packaging and box.
- We are proud to offer free exchanges. However, any original shipping fees are not refundable (oversize fees or expedited shipping).
- A return fee will be deducted from the refund for customers who choose the refund option. The return fees are based on the size of the item being returned:
$14.95 - items under 20"
$19.95 - items 20" - 25"
$29.95 - items larger than 25"
- To obtain a pre-paid return label, please email us at luggage@luggagepros.com.
- Refunds will be issued by Luggage Pros within 3 to 4 business days from when we receive the returned product(s). Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records.
- Please note that refunds for returns with used Pro Perks will have the Pro Perks value deducted from the refund.
FREE EXCHANGES
We are proud to offer free exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item, simply email us at luggage@luggagepros.com. A pre-paid return label will be sent to you.
Additional Details
- All International and APO/FPO sales are final. Luggage Pros does not accept International or APO/FPO returns.
- The free exchange offer is not available on items being returned from outside the contiguous United States or bulk orders where a restocking fee may be applied by the manufacturer.
- Luggage Pros does not accept returns on personalized merchandise, including monogrammed items and MyFly bags and tags.
- All products must be returned in the original box. A $15 reboxing fee will be deducted from your return refund for items not returned in the original box.
- Lump sum promotional discounts (e.g. $20 off your order) will be distributed across all applicable products. Refund amounts for returns / exchanges will be based on this discounted price.
- Items that included a GWP (gift with purchase) that are returned must be accompanied with the GWP item or the advertised value of the GWP will be withheld from the refunded amount.
*Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable once the package has shipped. If an order is cancelled, we will do our best from stop it from shipping. However, once our team is processing an order, we are unable to prevent some orders from shipping, and we will need to process a return instead.
