5 Year Warranty

We stand behind what we sell with our 5 year Limited Warranty. We set high standards for quality to ensure JUMP products will last! We support worry free travel with a comprehensive retailer and service centers network! Just bring your purchased JUMP products under warranty to any authorized JUMP service center and we will repair or replace it with a comparable item.

Warranty Service Limitations:

  • This warranty excludes abuse, normal wear and tear or airline damages.
  • Inspect your product immediately after transport handling and report any damage to the carrier (e.g. airline or Railway)
  • JUMP reserves the right to either repair or replace any warranty item with a comparable item at our discretion with liability limited to product purchase value.
  • JUMP's five year manufacturer's guarantee covers the original purchaser or person receiving the product as a present starting with the original purchase date.
  • This guarantee does not apply to abrasion, improper use or externally occurring forces (particularly flight or transport damage, e.g. deformation, cracks, body, breakages, scratches, wear, ect.) or by liquids or spills.
  • Please take any JUMP product needing repair or service, along with your original receipt to an authorized JUMP repair center or place of purchase.
  • JUMP is distributed in the USA by NLDA and the warranty procedure will be part of the Mosaic Travel World services network.

  • JUMP authorized retailers and service center locations will evaluate the product to determine if the defect is covered by the guarantee. If covered by warranty, then JUMP will repair or replace the product at JUMP's discretion.
  • The warranty does not cover any freight or shipping costs for product flow to or from a dealer or service center location.
  • JUMP reserves the right to replace any item submitted to our retailers or service centers for service or repairs with a comparable or successor product.
  • Incidental and consequential damage are not included in our guarantee and our liability is limited to the value of the product.

Non Warranty Service:

  • Non Warranty service or repairs can be completed by the retailer or our service centers but are solely at the customers expense.
  • JUMP assumes no liability for any warranty repairs done without JUMP authorization or at any non- authorized repair center.
