Heys offers 3 levels of luggage warranty depending on the product you have purchased. See your product listing or hang-tag for the specific warranty that covers it. Below is an explanation of the warranties offered.

 

Heys 10 Year First Class UNCONDITIONAL Warranty

 

You’re covered by the Heys First Class Unconditional Warranty for a period of 10 years. If your luggage is ever broken, even if it was caused by an airline, contact us to have it repaired.

 

Heys 10 Year Executive Class Warranty

You're covered for 10 years by the Heys Executive Class Warranty from your luggage's original purchase date to its original owner to be free from defects related to workmanship. If such a defect appears, upon presentation of your dated proof of purchase and this original warranty tag, the luggage will be repaired within 30 days of its receipt. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor any consequential damages, nor does it cover repairs made by unauthorized personnel. It does not cover damage caused by public carriers i.e..(airlines). If your luggage is damaged by carriers you must claim with the carrier concerned immediately.

Heys 5 Year Prestige Class Warranty

You're covered for 5 years by the Heys Prestige Class Warranty from your luggage's original purchase date to its original owner to be free from defects related to workmanship. If such a defect appears, upon presentation of your dated proof of purchase and this original warranty tag, the luggage will be repaired within 30 days of its receipt.
