Luggage Lifetime Warranty
What's covered:
- Defects in materials and workmanship that affect luggage functionality. Examples include broken zippers, locks, handles or wheels that fail under normal use conditions
- Cracks or breaks in the shell
What's excluded:
- Normal wear and tear: scuffs, scratches, dents and abrasions from regular use, natural fading, discolouration or wear of fabrics and finishes over time
- Misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids and water or transport damage (e.g. by airlines)
Airline damage:
- Our warranty does not cover damage occurring from airline mishandling. If this happens to you, please contact the airline’s customer service to file a damage claim immediately

What's covered:
- Defects in materials and workmanship that affect product functionality

Examples include handles that are ripped or torn and no longer usable, broken zippers and stitching becoming undone
What's excluded:
- Cosmetic damage: scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, colour changes, normal wear and tear (including inner fabric) and other non-functional changes in the appearance of the product that occur during normal handling and do not impair the functionality of the product
- Damage caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight, heat, or moisture

Damage due to overloading or improper use, or neglect
How the process works
1. Start your claim: Follow this link to the warranty form to start your claim. Be sure to share as much information as possible about your issue. If you have questions about your claim, please email contact@carlfriedrik.com before starting.
2. We review your claim: Within 3 business days, our team will review the information provided and determine the best solution.
3. Repair or replacement: Depending on the extent of the defect, we’ll either send a replacement part, repair the product in-house or send you a replacement product.
