PROS: What a great surprise from my husband! I have never seen or heard of such a thing as being able to have a picture blown up and put on luggage. Easy to find on the carousel at the airport. I love my dogs and now I can have them on my trips with me, sort of. One of a kind! Absolutely love it!
CONS: This review is given too soon to be able to honestly rate the durability so giving it a 5 stars is a presumptive rating.

PROS: It was personalized for me. I received my bag and did not love the design. I shipped it back for a reprint. Cory and the MyFly team did a wonderful job helping with a new design.
CONS: I haven't used my bag yet, so don't know how it will travel yet.

PROS: It's light, it's pretty, and easily movable! plus I love all of the pockets!!!! (side note: I'm not sure about the durability of it yet. Haven't tested it out. Thanks!)
CONS: There's a tag on the case that says a thin plastic film was put on the back of the suitcase to protect it while shipping. It is recommended that you remove this film prior to using the bag. So when I went to remove the film, I noticed the film was put in the case before all of the parts on the case. So, removing the plastic was EXTREMELY difficult. And I sill haven't gotten it all off yet. But it's nothing that should deter you from buying this suitcase.

PROS: Unmistakable bag---name permanently written on the bag---Unbelievable gift for shock and awe reaction, luggage as a conversation piece.
I uploaded 5 pics between 180 KB and 3GB, and I increased their dimensions to about 7"x10" and they all look good. Judging from my pics, it depends on the focus and clarity of the original pic rather than the size of the file. My 500 kb and 3GB pic look fantastic because the original pic was a clear and with good focus. My 180 KB pic and another 3GB pic look good but blurry; probably because the original pics were not perfect. I am very happy with the way the pictures look and the overall look of the bag.
The bag itself is very light (good or bad I don't know). The wheels seem sturdy and well secured. The inside has some compartments and a little divider. It also has a zipper which expands the bag about two inches or so.
The handles are comfortable soft rubber and seem sturdy.
CONS: Bottom line... if you need a lightweight travel bag that's a conversation piece and easy to spot on the carousel OR a great gift Idea, I would recommend this bag, if you don't mind paying a little extra for that purpose. My cons are purely speculative and/or anticipated problems. I will update if I can.
After saying that...I don't know about the durability of the bag, as it is brand new. I can only compare it to another hard shell I've had for about 15 years which was a high-end bag.
...some of my concerns include:
The zipper would not be called heavy duty. There are some threads poking out here and there thread + zipper=uh oh
I wanted a larger bag, but it wasn't offered. BUT even though I would have liked one size bigger, the construction of this case may make it better for light travel where smaller suitcases may be preferred.
It seems easy to scuff and scratch.
The shell has a lot of give to it which which makes it seem like a lower end bag (compared to my old sturdy bag which is heavier).
I worry about water leakage or condensation under the clear plastic which cover the pictures.
Hopefully, I am just over thinking and this bag will prove me wrong. Like other reviewers have said it brought smiles to many faces and is truly unique!

PROS: Easy to find on the carousel, sturdy, lightweight, easy to maneuver, and adorable with the picture of my Therapy Dog on it!
CONS: I wish it came in a 26" size, I wish it could have pictures on both sides...

PROS: This bag was purchased for my son. He loves it and can't wait for the next trip. I was a little concerned about the photo because when uploading, it never stated anything about the required resolution. However, the picture was perfect. A little pricey, but worth the investment to see that big smile on my son's face.
CONS: I'm not sure yet how it will handle going through an airport. I'm concerned about the wear and tear. We'll see.
