Like most shoppers I don’t often leave feedback when things go right, but your team and company deserve a special mention after my first experience with Luggage Pros.

I was browsing Amazon a few weeks ago for a new Travelpro bag and noticed your company had the best price. I had never heard of Luggage Pros, but decided to order directly from your site after reading several positive reviews. My order processed, shipped, and arrived quickly, but the bag was just a bit too small for my needs, so I chose another and called in for an RMA. The nice customer service rep who answered the phone initiated the return, and even worked to honor the sale price that expired earlier in the day. I packed and shipped the small bag using the return label she sent. It couldn’t have been easier.

A few days later I noticed you had a weekend sale on an even better bag and, since bag #2 hadn’t shipped yet, I decided to sheepishly call in and ask for my replacement order to be changed. I had to wait until Monday morning to speak to her again. Guess what? Yep, the sale had expired by then. Guess what else? Yep, Krista was able to honor the price again. I thanked her and promised it would be the last of my changes.

I’m fully aware of how picky and fickle I am, and at no time did Krista make me feel like I was a nuisance, a problem customer, or a waste of her time. She seemed to only be interested in making me happy. That, even more than your great web site and awesome prices, has made me a customer for life. I’ll be posting similar feedback on TrustPilot and Yelp, as requested, and will also tell my friends and family about you.
