Wonderful but breakable

I got my Travelpro Platinum Elite Hardside Medium Check-In Expandable Spinner in 2022. Within 6 months one pair of wheels had fallen off in transit, making it extremely difficult to get the bag to my destination. I went online to try to find wheels at the company, and their website is impossible to navigate. I took it to a suitcase repair shop and they also could not navigate the TravelPro website, so they replace the wheel with one of their own, which fell off on the next trip. Finally I took it back to where I bought it (in a distant city, unfortunately) and they had it repaired. By that time, the case had started cracking. It cracked all the way up one side, which is now covered with duct tape. It has also started cracking on the opposite side, in the corner. I'm shopping around for a new suitcase. So, why did I give this 2 instead of 1 star? There are some things I love about the suitcase - the zipper flaps open outward, which makes packing both sides easier. The high capacity (104 L). It does wheel well when all 8 wheels are present. I love the 3 extra zipper compartments in the center flaps, and that the suitcase is expandable. (That's probably psychological since I've never expanded it, and it probably wouldn't wheel well if expanded because it's pretty thick.). I wish the case were sturdier, as I was assured it would be. And the lifetime warranty doesn't cover things like splitting polycarbonate, which is apparently "normal wear and tear."
