PROS: I've had many other brands of luggage and this, by far, is the best. I down sized from a 22" roller board and haven't missed it. I also tried another brand 21" spinner and was disappointed by how little it held. I've taken this on several 7+ day trips. It's the easiest spinner or roller board I've ever used. The wheels glide easily where others "tripped". And I still always check it just so I don't have to hassle with a bag. It has held up well even being crushed in the cargo hold and handled by less than delicate baggage handlers. I bought it on sale, so as great as it's has turned out to be, it was an absolute steal. I would re-buy it at regular price. This is the 4th year I've made AA ExP (100,000+ miles) so it's travelled many, many miles. It is neat in appearance and the outside pockets will hold an extra jacket or more. There's really not much I can say that I dislike about this bag. But if I have to pick one....
CONS: It will tip if the upper half is over weighted. Putting my heavier items in the wheel end has helped solved that issue. I also have been known to pack it, let out the extra two inches to easily close it, then zip the two inches back down. That will also help with any tipping issues.

PROS: I use this bag for many trips that require stays of 7+ days. No problem in getting it all in and getting it into the planes overhead space. The wheels are amazing. I used to have to tilt my old bag to go from hard floor to carpet in the terminal, this thing just keeps on truck'n. I now use the included trolley hook and it is so much better than stacking bags. So why a spinner, you ask? because you need it to get down the isle when you get on the plane. This bag is awesome.
CONS: If my, sit on top, meeting bag is too front heavy it tends to fall over more than the bag it replaced.

PROS: It fit into the overhead except on small regional planes. It wheels beautifully, handling well in airports and even on the streets of Italy. The suiter kept our hanging clothes looking just the way I packed them. This is the nicest luggage I have ever owned.
CONS: The only con is they fall over when loaded, especially if you use the outside pockets. Our solution to this was to hang one of our carry-on duffles off the back, creating a counter weight. The pros outweigh the cons!

PROS: I have another Travelpro carry on and was so happy with it that now that my oldest son started to travel for his job, he stole it from me. So I decided to buy another one since its very convenient for executive trips short or long. I have used mine for 10 days trips.
The service in Luggagepros has been excellent. Very easy to use site.
CONS: I haven't used mine yet, but I noticed that this one is a little smaller than the other one, maybe because it has 4 wheels. Also in this one you have to pack the device to hang a suit inside it in the bottom and not inside the top cover, like the other. It seems to me that it has less space. Otherwise looks fantastic.

PROS: 1st let me say, I have not yet traveled w it and will update my review after. Looks very nice. Lots of pockets. Most 4 wheelers really compromise on space. We have not encountered the tipping problem with our 25" Crew 9. Not expecting issues w this one. Looks roomy enough for both of us to pack for a weekend trip or one to pack for a week. Rolls easily. It looks durable & if our larger Travelpro is any indication, it will be too. We travel A LOT. We about 100,000 miles a year each. We ALWAYS check our luggage even the carry on sizes. So time will tell. Bought it on sale at a bargain price. Looking forward to putting it to use.
CONS: The handle takes up more room than expected, but w careful packing, this will probably not be an issue.
Will update, later. Only 4 stars for durability because that has yet to be tested.

PROS: This suitcase is sturdy, attractive, has good rollers, and several compartments. I've only travelled once with it, and I'm very satisfied.
CONS: I'm used to a regular two-wheeled roller. Because of the spinner design, you lose a little interior space. But it's minimal difference and at this point, I'm glad I bought it.

PROS: Great size, rolls well and stows easily (at least on the three SWA flights I've been on since receiving it).
CONS: Tips over (forward) too easily and frequently...even when not tightly packed.

PROS: I liked the material, the size, and the pockets.
CONS: I would like one smaller pocket on the outside.
(Posted on 3/15/14)
PROS: Ease of walking with it.
CONS: Missing a small half pocket on the outside to hold tickets. Does not include a one suit holder like previous Travelpro.

PROS: This is a great bag. My wife and I both have one and they were the only suitcases we took on a 17 day safari trip to Kenya and Tanzania. It is very functional and holds all anyone would need. It fits in the overhead bins well and is wonderful. It rolls so easily and my wife even rolls it down the aisle in coach. After our trip we purchased two more as graduation gifts for grandsons.
CONS: There are no negatives with this bag.

PROS: This is a great bag. It rolls easily through the terminal when I travel. The water bottle pocket on the side is a perfect feature. The inside is plenty roomy for a carry on and I have taken it on numerous flights in the weeks I have had it. Fits perfect on the bigger planes. The smaller carriers make you gate check anyways so no worry there. The spinner function makes it much easier on my shoulder. This is a great bag and I definitely suggest buying it for frequent use.
CONS: The only con I have noticed is it can occasionally almost tip over if it gets front heavy and the wheels are facing the wrong direction. Very rare occurrence.

PROS: I'm using this to replace a 24" non-spinner suitcase. I expect I'll have to use it fully expanded for longer trips and hope it will not tip standing by itself fully-packed. I can certainly put the heavy stuff in the back and bottom, not the top. Seems very well-built and on one round-trip plane ride from NC-MA, it was great for moving around quickly. I will have to pack lighter than I did with a bigger suitcase, but that's ultimately better. I'm about to take it to Europe, traveling by plane, train, metro, or van and carrying it into a different hotel each day. I'll know a lot more about this suitcase after that.
CONS: Inside, the handle housing takes up a lot of space in an already small suitcase, but it's probably very protective.

PROS: High quality materials
CONS: Poor design. Tips forward even when not expanded defeating the purpose of purchasing a spinner type bag. I have been buying and using Travelpro products for years, but this design along with the lack of support from Travelpro to deal with the tipping problem is making me second guess my dedication to this manufacturer.

PROS: Great for a carry on. Rolls easily through the terminals. Holds as much clothing as my 22" carry on.
(Posted on 3/17/13)
PROS: The overall size and features
(Posted on 12/23/12)
PROS: Easy to roll thru terminals. 1 long trip says quality construction, only additional time will determine for sure.
CONS: If case is on even a slight pitch, it will roll away from you. AA [London to Fort Worth] said we couldn't carry on. It was to large for their 767 overhead bins. Expandable function was not being used at this time of rejection.
