good product
PROS: it just lasts and last and unlike other bags the wheels dont fall off after two or three trips. My bag is currently 6 years old and still going strong. After being taken all over the world every other month.

CONS: the piping around the edges could be made of stronger material as the wire in the edges eventually wear through and impacts on the appearance of the case.
