My recent purchase from Luggage Pros is the 2nd time in the last 30 days I have done business with your company. And, my first experience is exactly the reason I came back. Pre-Christmas I was buying presents and 1 of the items looked like it was back ordered and may not be shipped in time for the holidays. I was disappointed and called your customer service rep to cancel the order as I had found the items available from another vendor. The rep said she would take care of my request. She did suggest if I could wait until the next AM, it would give her a chance to track my order and confirm if it was in fact back ordered. She was true to her word and sent me confirmation that both items had been shipped along with tracking numbers. Her follow-up was impressive and from experience I know the value of impeccable customer service. Congrats!




I don’t usually respond to these but I wanted to let you know how happy I was with my experience. Unfortunately, the luggage I had originally ordered was out of stock in my preferred color. It was out of stock everywhere until March. I heard from your customer service person, Kate, immediately and she offered a different color. This was just a few days before Christmas and the luggage was a present for my daughter and her husband since it had been in their registry. They are going on their honeymoon before March so I really wanted to get them their luggage. After checking in on them regarding the color, I reached back out to Kate. She confirmed and expedited shipping so that we’d have it before Christmas. I can’t tell you how happy we all were!
