No Metal Buckle for Shoulder Strap as shown in picture
PROS: Nice look.
CONS: My boss finally found a laptop bag with a buckle, so a shoulder strap could be used. I even called Luggage Pros before I made the purchase to ensure that it will have the buckle. It arrived and sure enough, no buckle. The cardboard tag on the actual product handle even showed it. Then after the free return, I was credited the price, minus original shipping. I emailed back and they quickly responded and said they will also refund the original shipping cost. Good customer service, but LuggagePros should keep their onsite photographs up to date.
