I love Salsa Air
PROS: This is my sixth Salsa Air purchase over all of the years since it first came on the market. I absolutely love these suitcases and have them in all sizes - totally worth the price for the amount they hold and the ease with which you can move through airports with them. Definitely a must if you're on an airplane all the time!

Light and roomy but minor drawbacks
PROS: Light weight, easy maneuverability (especially when wheeling a second or even third bag), simple-to-use lock, cool looks, easy to spot at baggage claim (pricey enough that you won’t see many others on your flight. Easy to pack:, opens flat and the mesh dividers zip closed so that you can put it opened up in an L-shape without worrying that anything will fall out if you put the wrong half up. I keep clothing (rolled) in one side and loose items and shoes in the other. Mesh dividers each have 2 zipper pulls. Abrasions don’t compromise contents or maneuverability. Watertight (thus far). Comes in well below the 62” domestic (and now int’l) threshhold bet. regular and oversize luggage--so no extra charge as long as you don’t overfill it past 50 lb. domestic/25 kg. int’l.* Have taken it on 10 air and 4 car trips thus far.

CONS: Abrades very easily--scratches and scrapes show up as white, more visible on the dark colors (mine are navy--I just bought lime green in the 30” model to make inevitable abrasions less visible (and also to make the case stand out at bag claim. Must pull it behind you on carpet, gravel or grass, as it doesn’t glide or spin easily except on hard reasonably even surfaces.

Great for Long Trips
PROS: Can pack for a 2 week luxury cruise.

CONS: It holds so much I easily went overweight on the airline limits and had to re-pack.

Light and visible.
PROS: This luggage is easiily located in the carousel because of its distinct color. Light weight, lots of room to place belongings and souvenirs. Durable material. I have no problem with zippers yet, it zips easily.

CONS: Because it does not have a harness inside to put clothes in place, just a cover. My things shifted downward or to the direction where the luggage stands. If you clothes are packed the cover is okey, but when it was lightly packed most likely you things go into a rumble. Placing your things into small compartment helps. I find it a challenge moving through the airport when luggage is well packed, though it has 360 degrees swivel. It makes a strain on my wrist. Because of one bar handle. It would be wonderful if it has two bars, I could place my travel bag on top. I was used to luggage with big wheels, but this luggage compensates for its lighter weight.
