Q:
Is the key that is used for the lock the same kind as one you get when you purchase a TSA approved lock in a local store? If not, are replacement keys available? I currently have TSA approved combination locks for my luggage. Can they be used on your Ultimax luggage?
A:
Hi Sally, The PROKAS Ultimax 22" Carry-On Spinner does not have a lock or key for the owner to use. The keyhole is exclusively for TSA personnel to gain access to your luggage. Please let us know if you have additional questions. Thank you! - Answered by Renee B on September 21, 2017
