EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction, and that of your gift recipient, is important to us! If you or the recipient are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us before January 15th for a pre-paid FedEx label to return it for an exchange or store credit!

Details

  • All merchandise must be in the same new, unused condition in which it was received, including original tags, packaging and box.
  • A fee of $4.95 per item will be deducted from return credit for customers who choose refund option. Exchanges are free.
  • To obtain an pre-paid return label, please chat with us, email luggage@luggagepros.com or call 1-800-595-5456.
  • Your credit will include the original price of the product and any applicable taxes. Any original shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Credits will be issued by Luggage Pros within 3 to 4 business days from when we receive your returned product(s).
  • Extended return policy eligible on orders placed on or after November 1, 2019.

Additional Details
  • All International and APO/FPO sales are final. Luggage Pros does not accept International or APO/FPO returns.
  • The free exchange offer is not available on items being returned from outside the contiguous United States or bulk orders where a restocking fee may be applied by the manufacturer.
  • Luggage Pros does not accept returns on personalized merchandise.
  • All products must be returned in the original box. A $15 reboxing fee will be deducted from your return credit for items not returned in the original box.
  • Lump sum promotional discounts (e.g. $20 off your order) will be distributed across all applicable products. Credit amounts for returns / exchanges will be based on this discounted price.
  • Items that included a GWP (gift with purchase) that are returned must be accompanied with the GWP item or the advertised value of the GWP will be withheld from the credited amount.
