The Luggage Pros Lifetime Warranty applies to the original owner; it is straightforward and comprehensive, and just part of the total Luggage Pros experience.
First Year of Ownership: Worry Free
With limited exceptions, if your eligible product is damaged during the first twelve (12) months you own it – including damage caused by wear and tear, airlines, or other transit damage – Luggage Pros will cover all repair expenses, including shipping costs to and from our repair facility. If we determine that the product is damaged beyond repair, we will replace it. If we determine that a replacement product is not available, we will provide you with a product of comparable value. Damages not covered are damage resulting from abuse, cosmetic damage (such as scratched leather or stained fabrics), and incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses.
Year Two and Beyond: Luggage Pros Has You Covered
At Luggage Pros we are committed to going above and beyond all other warranties being offered in the luggage industry. While even some of the ‘best’ luggage warranties in the market drastically scale back their benefits after year one and only include the most obvious ‘manufacturing defects’, Luggage Pros continues to offer the same ‘Worry Free’ warranty protection included in year one for the life of the product. This even includes damage caused by wear and tear, airlines, or other transit damage. Luggage Pros has you covered. So, whether your bag is a year old or a decade old, you’ll be protected with Luggage Pros Lifetime Warranty.
From the second year and beyond that you own your eligible product, with limited exceptions, if your product is damaged, Luggage Pros will continue to cover all repair expenses, including any structural defects (such as defective handles, zippers, or locks) as well as damage caused by wear and tear, airlines, or other transit damage. Damages not covered are damage resulting from abuse, cosmetic damage (such as scratched leather or stained fabrics) and incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses.
Your only responsibility is to ship your bag to us for repair along with a copy of your completed Warranty Claim Form. Please make sure that the shipping is prepaid, the package is insured for full replacement value and you use a shipping method that will provide you with a tracking number. Proof of Purchase
Please save your Luggage Pros Order Confirmation email as proof of purchase. This will be needed to demonstrate your warranty coverage. Our Lifetime Warranty only applies to products that were purchased from LuggagePros.com.
Filing a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, please email our Warranty Department at email@example.com to request a Warranty Claim Form and follow the detailed instructions included with the form. Please follow the instructions on the form carefully. You will have 30 days to submit all information to Luggage Pros. After 30 days, your INITIAL request will be deleted from the Luggage Pros email log, and you will be required to submit a new request. You will receive a response within 7 – 14 business days of the evaluation of your claim. Luggage Pros will not process warranty claims that are incomplete or missing required information as stated in the instructions included with the Warranty Claim Form.
This warranty gives you certain rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
