MyFlyBag – 2 Year Limited Warranty
The MyFlyBag is guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. In an unlikely event that a problem arises as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, upon inspection, MyFlyBag will promptly repair the item, replace the item, or provide a replacement part free of charge. The original order receipt or invoice is required for all warranty claims.
It is important to note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair or damage which occurs while the product is in the care or custody of a third party including airlines, hotels, or other carriers. If an airline damages your luggage, you should immediately follow a claim directly with the airline.
To file a warranty claim, please email our Warranty Department at firstname.lastname@example.org
to request a Warranty Claim Form. Please follow the instructions on the form carefully. You will have 30 days to submit all information to MyFlyBag. After 30 days, your INITIAL request will be deleted from the MyFlyBag email log, and you will be required to submit a new request. You will receive a response within 7 – 14 business days of the evaluation of your claim. MyFlyBag will not process warranty claims that are incomplete or missing required information as stated in the instructions included with the Warranty Claim Form.
