PROS: The wallet is as described and pictured on the website. The leather is soft and pliable and has a textured finish. It doesn’t slip into the back pocket as readily as one with a hard, smooth finish might, but can be worked out. Overall dimensions of this square wallet matter, though, because the width of one’s back-pocket opening is a limiting factor. The advantage of the “hipster” style is that it is flatter when closed because one’s plastic cards are distributed shingles-fashion up each side of the wallet rather than stacked directly on top of each other as in a traditional bifold.
This is an attractive, well-made piece of leather goods that I expect will give many years of use.
