The Lightweight Pro embodies Heys America's lightest hardside luggage ever! The Lightweight Pros spinner wheels spread the load weight evenly while allowing for effortless motion in different terrains. It has a push-button telescopic handle system with multi-stage locking heights, and comes with a zippered expansion system allowing for an extra 20% in packing capacity.
CONS: Took this brand new suitcase on a month-long trip to Italy and Germany and it did not fare well. The wheels are not suitable for cobblestones. Midway through the trip, one wheel started to fail (bent and wouldn't roll properly). I was afraid that wheel was going to fall off during the trip so I had to baby the suitcase the rest of the time, carrying it when I could have been rolling it. Finally got home and the problematic wheel stayed on, but noticed that the case itself had cracked. So disappointed in this suitcase. I'm trying to at least get a replacement via the warranty, but Heys requires that I send back the broken suitcase to their warehouse in Illinois, at my cost. So another $50-60 or so to get a replacement suitcase. Not sure it's worth it. This suitcase cost more than any I've previously owned (usually just buy Samsonite from Marshalls) and broke after ONE trip.

PROS: This piece of luggage is perfect for me. I like to pack a variety of clothes and need the space to do so. With its light weight, I have no problem packing many choices. Just returned from a European trip and the bag handled the wear and tear without a hitch.
