I just opened my 28" Eagle Creek suitcase box, it got here almost 2 weeks ago but I have been out of town. I took it out of the box and I really like it but it might be a little too big. Do you carry the same suitcase but a size less? I think I'm interested in the 25" vs the 28". I have an injured shoulder and thinking this might be more than I bargained for! I have Eagle Creel luggage but due to my injured shoulder I ordered an Eagle Creek 4 wheelers as that should make it easier on me. How do people feel about the 28" suitcase? Thank you
We do have the Eagle Creek EC Adventure 4-Wheeled 25" Upright in cobalt blue for $267.99. The 3 extra inches between the 25" and 28" is beneficial to pack a little more for longer trips. If you wish to return the 28" and exchange for the 25", you can contact us at 1 800 595 5456. - Answered by Eric M. on March 23, 2018

Huge Disappointment
PROS: Lightweight, size, and I thought it would work well with my Eagle Creek packing systems.

CONS: I bought two of these for my husband and I to use on a five week trip to New Zealand. The main reason I bought it was the "no matter what" warranty. On the first leg of our trip to New Zealand, the handle mechanism on my husband's bag broke so that the handle would only extend a few inches. We had no choice but to continue to use that back for the entire 5 weeks of our trip.

Buy this one too
PROS: Bought both the 28" and the 25". The 25" size was much more manageable for my wife who is 5' 2". Great, solid construction, with no wear at all on a trip that involved airplanes, rail and bus.

CONS: She would have preferred a handle with adjustble height, but that might have undermined the rock solid constuiction. It was not a big probelm as provided.

EC" Adventure 4 Wheeler - not bad for week trip
PROS: Bag is very light, easy to pack and seems to be very durable. I just finished 9 days in Europe, the bag is a little smaller than i thought (bought it without seeing it), but size is ok...
The bag served me very well, it was easy to "drag" along the cobble streets of Europe, you can't really roll it along cobblestone streets, but that is not a fault of the bag... Tilt it back from 4 wheels to 2, and it works just fine. it rolled along great in the Airports!

CONS: I am a little worried about the durability, but so far i have had no problems...

Great Product
PROS: Eagle Creek makes great luggage. Their luggage is not the fancy luggage that some must have, but instead it is the lightest and strongest on the market. With a lifetime warranty without the fine print how can you go wrong. I would recommend Eagle Creek to anyone.

CONS: None

Excellent for international trips
PROS: I used to have many different brand luggages and they were broken after one or two trips. Because of that, I was so worry about my lug gauges when I was traveling. Two years ago, i talked to my daughter, and she recommended that I tried an eagle creek bag. I bought a 25' upright. It is very light. I have used it for more than 6 international trips and no damage was found. I really lime my eagle creek bag, and also bought one to give my wife as a gift.

CONS: Not really.
