PROS: Leather is beautiful and loved the camel color. Needed a classy-looking rolling tote for frequent business travel.
CONS: Handle fell apart right away. Had to send the entire bag in for repair to Claire Chaise and it took a long time. Their Customer Service was not exactly the most helpful, nor were they friendly. Two of the zippers have now broken, making the bag pretty much unusable. The bag did not even make 6 months of travel. A huge disappointment, let alone the money spent on this particular tote. Will not ever purchase from Claire Chaise again.

PROS: Like the side pockets

PROS: Functionality and organization are perfect. It is a little large for travel, but I knew that going in.
CONS: For the name of the bag, it wore out in less than a year. My super cheap leather Targus bag lasted longer (in fact I reverted to it till I find a new bag). The zippers were stiff from day one, which I thought meant they would be durable. Two of them broke from normal daily use. Stitching on the bag also came apart. Customer service doesn't care. Extremely disappointed, would never buy Claire Chase again.

PROS: Loved the style, design, size, and functionality for the first 6 mos I had the bag. Has adequate space for traveling with documents and protects laptops well.
CONS: Zipper of main compartment (back compartment?) started to go after about a year. I am gonna try and replace it and see how they're customer service is, other poor review leaves me with low hopes.

PROS: I love the size, leather and additional space the bag provides.
CONS: After a year the handle on the bag broke off leaving a huge whole in the bag, in addition the zipper came off so the bag doesn’t zip. When I contacted Claire Chase and spoke to the VERY RUDE CEO, he said he would send me $40 to repair the bag and anything over and above that would be at my expense, I could never put a value on customer service – although I love the bag, I will never order anything from Claire Chase.

PROS: It is beautiful with all of the compartments that I expected. The leather it first class. I am scheduled to travel with it in the next few weeks.

PROS: Holds 17" HP laptop, no problem. Construction looks first class...should last a lifetime. First time to purchase ClaireChase bag, but look forward to many miles and smiles with this one.
CONS: Not a thing!

PROS: Quality leather. Thick, comfortable strap. Wide. Able to hold decent amount. Front pockets great for holding wallet, keys, thumb drives, money, phone, etc. Looks good. Overall, I like the bag very much; however, I will need to purchase a slip for the bag to hold computer gear (E.g. cables, chargers, mifi, etc.).
CONS: Would be much improved if zippered or velcro pockets were inserted enclosed within the bag itself. There is only one and it's not that large. There are some interior pockets, but they are open, so if the bag is placed on its side in the overhead during a flight, the contents will slip out of 4 pockets (which are thin and heavy items will rip or pull apart the stitching). The velcro straps holding contents in the two larger pockets are not wide enough for typical computer or technology paraphenalia. The bag is heavy, but that is to be somewhat expected.

PROS: The design wsa made obviously by a business traveller because it has everything I could ever want in a briefcase. Not only does my 17 inch laptop fit, but there is room for
everything else.. I bought my first ClaireChase product about 4 years ago and have had nothing but compliments.
CONS: I can't say anything about the bag I don't like.

PROS: Lots of useful pockets with easy access on front side. Holds a large laptop and lots of pockets for accessories. Leather and zippers appear very durable, but this is my first Claire Chase bag, so I can't comment on durability.
CONS: Pen holders too skinny and thick pens (like a mont blanc) do not fit. Lots of extra pockets though, so not a big deal.
