When will I receive my tracking number?
A: You will receive your tracking once your order is picked up by the carrier in the warehouse. Unfortunately, we can’t provide tracking when your order is placed.
How soon will my item ship?
A: Each item has a certain number of business days in which it processes in the warehouse. You must take this into account and your order should leave within those processing days.
What carrier does my order ship with?

Can you gift wrap and send a card with my order?
A: Unfortunately we are unable to gift wrap any order. If you would like us to send a card in advance we would be more than happy to do so, but please note, it would be sent separately from the package. We cannot guarantee that they will receive it on time with the package delivery. .
My item is backordered. Does that mean I will get it on that day?
A: A backorder date is the expected date an item is set for replenishment in the warehouse. Please note that while we do our best to keep that date, it is still fluid and subject to change. Once the delivery is made to our warehouse, it still takes a 1-2 business days to process all orders and ship them out. Backorder dates are subject to change but we keep you updated with any changes.
