The Customer Service team at Luggage Pros wants to help you find the right product at the right price. We hear many questions about our site and the products shown, and we’ve compiled the Top 10 questions (and their answers) from customers to help point you in the right direction.
1. Where can I put my coupon code?
The discount code box can be found on the Shopping Cart page, below all the items you have placed in your Shopping Cart. Simply enter the code, then hit Proceed to Checkout to complete your order!
2. Do coupons work on every product?
Some items and brands do not participate in discount codes through our site; a list of those items can be found by clicking on the Promotional Exclusions link from the email in which you received the coupon code.
3. How do I return my item?
Returns through Luggage Pros are easy and free! If you are unsatisfied with the product you ordered, and the item is in new and unused condition, call or email us within 30 days of receiving the item to set up a return. We will email you a prepaid return label, and once the item is received back in the warehouse, we will issue the refund for the price you paid for the product back to the original form of payment.
4. What if the product I ordered breaks after I use it?
We certainly hope this does not happen, but life throws a curveball every once in a while. Once the item has been used, it cannot be returned. However, we would be happy to help you find the best solution. Typically, this starts with a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
5. What is a backorder date?
A backorder date is the date the warehouse expects the item to be back in stock and available to ship to you. Depending on the item, there may be a few additional business days for processing after the item becomes available. If you have specific questions about a backorder date on your order, please call or email the Customer Accounts team.
6. When will my order be delivered?
While we try to get your order out as quickly as we can, sometimes there are longer processing times on certain items. These processing times can be found on the specific product page under the color selection. Once the order leaves the warehouse, you will receive tracking information via email so you can track your order!
7. Does my order qualify for free shipping?
Free ground shipping is available for all orders over $99 in the contiguous United States. If you are shipping internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, or a US Territory, additional shipping costs will apply. More detailed information about shipping can be found here.
8. Do you Price Match?
Luggage Pros wants you to get the best price for your purchase, which is why we offer the 115% Low Price Guarantee. How it works: if you find the same product for less on another authorized site, we will beat that price. There are some sites that we cannot price match; as always, please contact us if you have questions.
9. When is it too late to cancel my order?
The order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. If we are informed that it has shipped after you request to cancel, we can email you a prepaid return label to return the item once you receive it.
10. I am purchasing this as a gift, will the price and item be concealed from the recipient?
Most items come in a cardboard box that may have the brand name and/or a model number on the outside. The box will not contain any pricing or payment information. And unfortunately, we are not able to gift wrap any items.
