Zero Halliburton 21" Zeroller Carry-On

Pros: I love it, and think it looks amazing. It also slots into the overhead bin on 90% of aircraft perfectly. If you have to check it at the gate....it's durable enough to protect the contents.

Cons: It's only on two wheels and too heavy for my wife who prefers modern Rimowa luggage. Also, it WILL absolutely dent and scratch, though not horribly. This is part of the appeal for me, because it tells a story and shows that the case is being used. Don't be afraid to use and enjoy this case. Remember, this luggage not a vintage car, but a practical item, which has the sole purpose of protecting its contents, which one would assume are rather more valuable than the case itself.

Pros: I travel twice a month for work, and I always take Zero Halliburton luggage. This case has withstood the airline abuse time and time again. It is worth the price if you buy expensive electronics and want to keep your items secure and protected!

Cons: It does get scratched with heavy use, but that is expected with hardside luggage.

Pros: My husband bought it because he liked the way it looked. It only looked good until he used it.

Cons: When ZERO Halliburton says they stand behind their merchandise, they mean only if you do not use it! We paid a ridiculous sum of money for one of their bags that are supposed to offer superior durability. Only one flight to Europe and it was rendered useless, the latch was broken and it had so many dents and dings in it it was an embarrassment to be seen with. We had to PAY to send it back to Chicago from our hotel in France and go buy another one as it would not even close again! This bag cost too much to be ruined on ONE flight no matter what the airline did. Funny, my reasonably priced Samsonite emerged from the flight no worse for wear. When I called to ask for a refund from ZEROHalliburton, I was told they would only try to fix the existing one, not even replace it with a new one! A refund was completely out of the question. Maybe they should take some of their profits from these completely overpriced bags and train their customer service team on customer service! DO NOT BUY ANY MERCHANDISE FROM ZERO HALLIBURTON if you expect value.
