Q:
I just purchased a Victorinox 22" Carry on from you and love the bag. However, when placed next to my old bag it looks to be a couple of inches longer. I am concerned that it will not fit (wheels or extension handle facing out) in the overhead storage unless placed sideways. Can you confirm that it will fit in a typical Soutwest / United plane? I know it is TSA certified, just wondering on its actual use. Regards, Mark

I cannot guarantee that not working with the airlines, but you should be fine. It just went on a Southwest flight 2 weeks ago using the same size bag and didn't encounter 1 problem with carrying the bag onto the plane. While it did not fit wheels 1st, it was able to still be fine sideways. To get a 100% confirmation that the airline will not have a problem with it, you would want to contact them directly. -
