Common under seat dimensions are 16" x 12" x 14", which would be too small to fit this bag. The dimensions of the front zipper pocket on the Victorinox Avolve Wheeled Overnight Bag Companion Spinner Tote are 13" x 11.5" x 1.5". It may fit your laptop; however, this was not designed specifically for laptops, and there will be no extra padding. -
