The key does not come with the Tumi Vapor Medium Trip Packing Case. Only TSA have the key for these kind of locks. The owner of the case must only use the combination part of the lock. -

The key lock is for the TSA universal key so they can access your bag without knowing your combination. The combination lock is strictly for the user. -

Pros:
Great looking, very functional, provides high level of protection for your belongings, easy rolling through the airport and elsewhere.
Cons:
Space is a little tight when compared to luggage that's not hard case, but it's worth the sacrifice for the extra protection.
