Pros: This is a very durable product. I like being able to open the backpack large compartment completely. That makes it easier to pack and get to items.
Cons: There is no protection for the wheels when carrying it as a backpack. If you have been wheeling it through dirty, slushy streets and then need to carry it, it can get your clothes dirty.
