Pros: Huge inside. Two water proof pockets for water bottles or umbrellas. Well constructed and loved the open pockets for sticking the Wall Street and other reading materials while flying and waiting to fly. Room for anything you could need although the laptop section catches the edge of the laptop when taking it out.
Cons: The product description of all the pockets is misleading. There are a few pockets on the outside that are great but they are incredibly deep and everything gets jumbled up at the bottom. Inside there are very few pockets except the one for your phone which is too small for an Iphone! I have been using a Skooba bag for several years which is the best bag ever for interior pockets and organization but isn't built as well as this bag (although to be fair it only costs 1/3 as much). Also, the Tumi I received did not have the advertised laptop sleeve. Returned with regrets but it just wasn't adequate to replace the old Skooba.
