Q:
I have had expandable bags in the past where the shoulder strap is offset from center. When carrying several documents, the bag never sits well on the shoulder. It looks like this product has the same offset shoulder strap. Does this suffer from similar weight/balance issues?

From the information we have been provided with from customers and Tumi, they do not indicate to have any problems like that. I wouldn't be able to guarantee that it will not happen in every circumstance, depending on how the bag is packed. But at this point, we haven't heard of any problems with this brief bag. -
