Pros: Great design, light feel and durable.
Cons: the front two pouches aren't separated. so the top pouch slides all the way down which can be annoying. Tumi's solution is to buy their $45 cube that goes in first and created a shelf to put something on top, like the liquids during travel.
Cons: Horrible design. The first time I used the bad the strap that holds my briefcase fell off and was lost. I went back to the Tumi store that I bought it at and they would not replace the strap and insisted that I pay for a replacement strap. The third time I used the bag the strap fell off again and was lost. I again went back to the Tumi store and they were rude and said that it was my fault that the strap kept falling off and that I would need to again pay for a replacement strap. You would not expect this kind of problem or customer service for a bag that I paid $650 for. I was happier with my Travel Pro roller bag at much less the cost of a Tumi. The Tumi is over-rated and over-priced!
Pros: 1. stylish 2. well constructed 3. well engineered
Cons: 1. a bit expensive
Pros: high-quality construction, excellent design, roominess, understated elegance. On my first trip I was able to pack clothing for a week's activities without utilizing the expansion feature and still carry it on the aircraft.
Cons: both front zippered pockets are full length - it would be nice if the top pocket were only about 8" deep to allow easy access to small, loose items.
