Pros: Lasted me for 10 yrs now riding 72's on a Cargo plane. Starting to fray around the edges, but not bad.
Cons: Expandable handle catches a lot. Need to push the catch button on one side to fully extend.
Pros: Over 1,000,000 on current carry on. handle finally failed due to abuse. this one is fine so far. Time will tell.
Cons: None yet
Pros: Better than the supermarket cheapos but that isn't saying much.
Cons: It is just a bit smaller than my old bag which I had packed to the limit. The handle got stuck and wouldn't extend on the very first trip. There aren't any sliders on the back so going up a set of steps will quickly wear out the back of the bag. The hook is difficult to get onto the attached bag I also purchased. It also doesn't come off to be stored when trying to check planeside. Overall, a very big disappointment. My previous travelpros were better , but the best overall bag was my samsonite which is still holding up with a few repairs after 7 years of professional use as an airline pilot. Rather have my money back and buy another samsonite.
Pros: Lighter in weight, appears well made.
Cons: This is 1" less in height than the older model and the "tubes" inside the storage area appear larger in diameter than the model I am replacing, also by Travelpro. It holds less so not good for trips longer than four days.
Pros: As an airline crew member of over 20 years I have used and abused a lot of carry on bags. Travel Pro makes a nice bag for most business and leisure travelers. The Crew 9 bag has held up much better then most bags of this price range. Great design and attention to detail. Roller blade like wheels make pulling the bag much easier on carpeted surfaces.
Cons: After a couple of years of abuse the bag is showing wear. The plastic wheel housing is cracked. I've had wheels fall off in the past. If you're a very frequent flyer look for a bag that has steel wheel supports. The rubber skid guards are gone and the side handle is falling off. I normally invest more then double the price of this bag into my work bag. This is an excellent bag for anyone but the most frequent of flyers.
Pros: Nice and light wieght. Rolls very well.
Cons: A little worried about quality of zippers. I am a flight attendant and the zippers feel a little cheesy.
Pros: I travel a lot for work. This is a good size that fits on most planes except some of the smaller regional jets.
Cons: None
Pros: Size durability value
Cons: None
Pros: Elegant and professional design, well engineered compartments, Durable material, strong attaché holder, easy to pull and manure
