PROS: Lightweight. Appeared well made and looked good.
CONS: Not really much bigger than 20" suitcase. Was looking for something bigger. Expandable section did not expand as expected. My previous suitcase's handle broke and this one seemed to be similar-not well made with several moving parts that appeared to be made from light weight materials. Great service from Luggage Pros-would order from them again.

PROS: Delivered on Time, Excellent Roomy for a week overseas Travel

PROS: Worked great.
CONS: Not sure how to work the clothes hanger insert located inside the bag. I just removed it.

PROS: Perfect size, suiter internals, durable construction.

PROS: Just the right size for a short trip. With the cost of checking luggage this is a great carry-on! I bought two cases, Titanium for my wife, and Black for myself. She loves the color and looks of her bag, which stands out in the crowd. (1 Con, see below.) Easy to organize and very compact for her needs.
CONS: The Titanium color is nice and looks good, but it shows the bumps easily. She had it sprayed with color shied guard at a luggage shop and it should keep it good looks longer. So far that is the only down side, but the nice color is worth the small cost of the shied.

PROS: With airlines cracking down on carry on size, this bag maximises the allowable space.
(Posted on 6/25/14)
PROS: The suiter system is the reason I bought this luggage. It is quite roomy which can hold up to two dress shirts along with suits or a blazer and dress pants without much wrinkles.

PROS: I travel for a living so functionality is important, as well as durability. This fits well in the overheads of A319's, A320, and A321. As well as Boeing 757's and 767's. Its lightweight and the wheels can be changed out if need be. So Far so good. I much prefer the 2 wheels rather than the 4 wheeled spinners. The spinner wheels break off easily compared to the 2 wheel rollerboards and have not been nearly as durable

PROS: Easy to wheel, zippers are easy to open, adjustable handle, stable suitcase whether packed halfway or fully.

PROS: Just returned for one week trip to Christchurch, New Zealand. This bad was perfect. If you pack sensibly, this bag hold everything that you will need for a full week of activities. Because of size, I was able to use it domestically where the weight limit is 7kg. My bag weighed more, but they didn't ask and I didn't tell. Best bag that I have every had for short trips.

PROS: This was a great little bag on our trip. All zippers worked as expected and it rolled easily.

PROS: Light-weight, sturdy

PROS: Great for the frequent business traveler. Tons of features.
CONS: None....... Yet

PROS: Lasted me for 10 yrs now riding 72's on a Cargo plane. Starting to fray around the edges, but not bad.
CONS: Expandable handle catches a lot. Need to push the catch button on one side to fully extend.
(Posted on 2/20/13)
PROS: Over 1,000,000 on current carry on. handle finally failed due to abuse. this one is fine so far. Time will tell.
CONS: None yet

PROS: Better than the supermarket cheapos but that isn't saying much.
CONS: It is just a bit smaller than my old bag which I had packed to the limit. The handle got stuck and wouldn't extend on the very first trip. There aren't any sliders on the back so going up a set of steps will quickly wear out the back of the bag. The hook is difficult to get onto the attached bag I also purchased. It also doesn't come off to be stored when trying to check planeside. Overall, a very big disappointment. My previous travelpros were better , but the best overall bag was my samsonite which is still holding up with a few repairs after 7 years of professional use as an airline pilot. Rather have my money back and buy another samsonite.
(Posted on 1/29/13)
PROS: Lighter in weight, appears well made.
CONS: This is 1" less in height than the older model and the "tubes" inside the storage area appear larger in diameter than the model I am replacing, also by Travelpro. It holds less so not good for trips longer than four days.

PROS: As an airline crew member of over 20 years I have used and abused a lot of carry on bags. Travel Pro makes a nice bag for most business and leisure travelers. The Crew 9 bag has held up much better then most bags of this price range. Great design and attention to detail. Roller blade like wheels make pulling the bag much easier on carpeted surfaces.
CONS: After a couple of years of abuse the bag is showing wear. The plastic wheel housing is cracked. I've had wheels fall off in the past. If you're a very frequent flyer look for a bag that has steel wheel supports. The rubber skid guards are gone and the side handle is falling off. I normally invest more then double the price of this bag into my work bag. This is an excellent bag for anyone but the most frequent of flyers.

PROS: Nice and light wieght. Rolls very well.
CONS: A little worried about quality of zippers. I am a flight attendant and the zippers feel a little cheesy.
(Posted on 12/1/12)
PROS: I travel a lot for work. This is a good size that fits on most planes except some of the smaller regional jets.

PROS: Size durability value
(Posted on 10/17/12)
PROS: Elegant and professional design, well engineered compartments, Durable material, strong attaché holder, easy to pull and manure
