Pros: This is a great bag. It rolls easily through the terminal when I travel. The water bottle pocket on the side is a perfect feature. The inside is plenty roomy for a carry on and I have taken it on numerous flights in the weeks I have had it. Fits perfect on the bigger planes. The smaller carriers make you gate check anyways so no worry there. The spinner function makes it much easier on my shoulder. This is a great bag and I definitely suggest buying it for frequent use.
Cons: The only con I have noticed is it can occasionally almost tip over if it gets front heavy and the wheels are facing the wrong direction. Very rare occurrence.
Pros: I'm using this to replace a 24" non-spinner suitcase. I expect I'll have to use it fully expanded for longer trips and hope it will not tip standing by itself fully-packed. I can certainly put the heavy stuff in the back and bottom, not the top. Seems very well-built and on one round-trip plane ride from NC-MA, it was great for moving around quickly. I will have to pack lighter than I did with a bigger suitcase, but that's ultimately better. I'm about to take it to Europe, traveling by plane, train, metro, or van and carrying it into a different hotel each day. I'll know a lot more about this suitcase after that.
Cons: Inside, the handle housing takes up a lot of space in an already small suitcase, but it's probably very protective.
Pros: High quality materials
Cons: Poor design. Tips forward even when not expanded defeating the purpose of purchasing a spinner type bag. I have been buying and using Travelpro products for years, but this design along with the lack of support from Travelpro to deal with the tipping problem is making me second guess my dedication to this manufacturer.
Pros: Great for a carry on. Rolls easily through the terminals. Holds as much clothing as my 22" carry on.
Cons:
Nothing
Pros:
The overall size and features
Pros:
Easy to roll thru terminals. 1 long trip says quality construction, only additional time will determine for sure.
Cons: If case is on even a slight pitch, it will roll away from you. AA [London to Fort Worth] said we couldn't carry on. It was to large for their 767 overhead bins. Expandable function was not being used at this time of rejection.
