PROS: Relatively light luggage when empty.
CONS: The packing volume seems small compared to other 20 inch bags, like the Samsonite that I replaced with this bag. Pockets only good for storing ties.
Zipper pull broke of on second or third trip with this bag. It wasn't because I checked the bag; I carried it on board with me. Coupled with the experience I had with my 50 rolling garment, I will never buy another piece from Travelpro. Despite the good press, I find their products to be shoddily built and employing inferior parts.

PROS: It's a well made product. The wheels make it easy to pull the luggage.
CONS: The company service isn't great. I had so many issues with the express shipping. Was suppose to get my entire money back for it but I've only received half of the amount. When I finally was able to talk to someone over the phone, his tone was rude and I could tell he didn't. I expressed it since I was moving to San Francisco. I'm a flight attendant and my old luggage had a wheel bust. Which is why I needed a new luggage ASAP. Needless to say, it didn't come on the Saturday it was suppose to come. I later find out they don't deliver at all on the weekends. Well I wish they would have told me that and had made it clear on the site. But it didn't and I had to deal with a bunch of unnecessary problems. I'm going with ebags next time

PROS: I've had several TravelPro carry-on bags and finally needed to replace my old one. After an exhaustive search and reading tons of reviews I purchased this Crew 9 20". This bag is PERFECT for short business or personal trips. It's sturdy, strong, and fits neatly in the overhead bin and doesn't have the 4 twirly wheels that other bags do. AND it meets all airline carry on dimensions. My personal leather bag that I put under the seat in front of me slips easily over the handle. I'm extremely happy!
CONS: NONE! Love this roller board is PERFECT.

PROS: Small, fits into overhead in small regional jets, yet still holds almost as much as my 21" widebody roll aboard. Very sturdy handle, great wheels.
CONS: Needs a stronger add a bag hook.

PROS: Overall good quality, sturdy extension handle, wheels are good, even on carpet.
CONS: If you load a laptop in the padded laptop pocket, the center of gravity shifts too far forward and the bag falls on its face. The solution is not to use the laptop pocket or to load something heavy in the bottom of the bag to shift the CG back to a stable point.

PROS: They have really designed this bag for a frequent traveller. An example is the front pocket for your laptop, as anyone knows you need to get this out at airport security and this means you don't need to fully open up you bag. Great wheels. Feels quality. Handle = awesome. Great bag.

PROS: Nice size for 2-3 day domestic trips, plenty of capacity, but less cumbersome than my standard 22" roller bag. Feels solid, I can easily stack my heavy Swiss Gear Backpack on top and secured to the handle, easy to roll the two together, stable to stand up while stationary. Easily fits into overhead space, very smooth rolling. Handle feels firm, easy to hold and pull.
CONS: No negatives. Have only had it for a month and have only taken it on four trips, so I can't comment about durability yet.

PROS: Absolutely fantastic and functional design. Very handy for those 2-3 day trips. Everything is well thought and provided in the suitcase.
CONS: Handle somwehat distorts the packing inside with too much space.

PROS: Overall, a great design.
CONS: Handle takes up a lot of room inside the suitcase.

PROS: The improved telescoping handle and smooth rolling wheels are a bonus on a bag that already excels in quality construction and materials. I am a flight attendant and my bags are put through the wringer every month. Travelpro is a lightweight, durable bag that is my number one choice. The Crew 9 is a '10' in my books!

PROS: Nylon quality is top notch and the handle is excellent. Well constructed and glides effortlessly. I'm 6'2" and the handle extends far enough where my feet are nowhere near this as I wheel it behind me. And the main reason I went for the 20" is that I'm able to fit this bag in the most cramped overhead compartments, except perhaps puddle jumpers or on a 1x2 over the single seat.
Note: With wheels and handle it's close to 21" tall for anyone who's curious. It's about two inches shorter than the crew 9 21" spinner and the 22" rollaboard.
CONS: Laptop compartment / business organizer will probably go to waste if you are like most and carry on a laptop case with you. Also while the J hook add-a-bag attachment is great, once it's connected, it's rather awkward to clip to this bag. I find I have to open the main compartment to get the right angle to attach it.

PROS: Durability and functionality and features. Very well constructed.
CONS: Seems way over priced although luggage pros offered it for far cheaper than most. Dimensions also appear to be outside dimensions and not inside dimensions. My measurements come up short from what is advertised.
(Posted on 8/9/12)
PROS: The Travelpro reputation.
CONS: The titanium color is not that attractive. My 15" MacBook Pro was too large for the laptop compartment, in truth it would fit if I tucked the corners behind the opening of the laptop compartment, but it would not just slip in. The empty suitcase tips forward with the laptop in it. I returned the suitcase and bought a Crew 8 20" business roll aboard in black. The Crew 8 laptop compartment does not have these issues.
