We work with the following charities that are in need of gently used bags to help carry out their mission of providing life-changing aid and support to people in need.
Healing Haiti collects gently used suitcases; packs them with medical supplies, baby formula, and school supplies; and delivers them to Haitians who lost everything in the earthquake of 2010 and are currently living in tent cities. Once the supplies have been distributed, the suitcases are used as makeshift “dressers’ to protect what little clothes and valuables they have.
Goodwill Industries stocks the shelves of their retail stores with donated bags. The revenue earned from the sale of these bags at Goodwill stores is used to fund job training, employment placement services and other community-based programs for people who have disabilities, those who lack education or job experience, and others who face challenges to finding employment. Goodwill is the leading nonprofit provider of job training programs and career services in the United States and Canada.

Pros: This suitcase met all of my expectations, and is good looking at the same time.
Cons: none
Pros: It's a great everyday suitcase good for trips of a few days or even a week if you pack sparingly. The telescping handle is a big improvement over the early Crew this replaced, and the larger footrests make it less prone to tip over when loaded. It rolls easily and feels very sturdy. Most of the pockets are useful, though I could do without the bottle holder.
Cons: The telescoping handle takes up more interior room, leaving an irregular volume. The hang-a-bag plastic clip system is a major downgrade from the metal keyhole system on my prior bag. It's very hard to engage and doesn't carry a lot of weight. Travelpro sent a replacement clip base with no instructions on how to install, not very helpful. The shoe pockets in the interior are of minimal use.
Pros: It looks great and function very nicely as with all TravelPro Crew bags.
Cons: The new design is appealing, but I didn't find the most outer pocket as functional as the Crew 6, which this one replaced.
Pros: It is a very nice looking box, rolls smoothly, feels solid and has a long handle - critical for someone who is 6'8"!
Cons: The suiter is disappointing, and I will not use it. I travel every week, for 2-3 nites, and can pack 2 suites (extra-long ones!) in a suite cover, which I role into any carry-on and it stays un-wrinkled. The built-in suiter in this is great for 2 shirts, but thats about it.
Pros: Good use of space. Rolls easy
Cons: When you expand it using the zipper and pack it, the luggage becomes unstable when standing still and falls forward unless you hold it.
Pros: Nice looking design. great expansion capability. Great front pockets
Cons: The unit is very poorly designed - when you fill it the support on the bottom will not keep it from falling over. Serious design flaw. I bought this based on reviews - what a bunch of knuckleheads!! Nobody in their right mind that travels would recommend this piece. DO NOT BUY!!!!
Pros: great design, good attention to detail
Cons: none
Pros: Appearance and weight
Cons: Space inside taken up with wheels frame.
Pros: Removable packing gadgets, full front zippered compartment (for computer in sleeve), strong interior tie-downs, smoothly rolling wheels, clean appearance, convenient handles
Cons: Piggyback contraption doesn't fold; hence too bulky to easily stow, telescoping handle storage is also bulky.
Pros: This suitcase is a very good product for the price. It is a nice looking bag with good features like zipped pockets, etc. But it primarily is a reasonably built and designed suitcase for what you pay.
Cons: Travelpro suitcases are nice products, but they aren't really made for people in the travel industry. For those people who travel for a living, the warranty is only a year. If you get more than a year out of a Travelpro, it's a bonus. However, for the price, you can buy a new one every two or three years and still be ahead of buying a more expensive suitcase that will last longer. I've owned at least 20 Travelpro suitcases through the years, and will see if this one is any different. I doubt it.
Pros: Suit packer
Cons: None
Pros: I travel 2-3 times per month. I needed a slightly larger carry-on roller. I have had the 20" TravelPro for about 8 years, it's been all over the world and was very sturdy and reliable. I expect the same out of this slightly larger one. I love it already and look forward to the next 8+ years!
Pros: Size, price and two position handle
Cons: Poor design of interior storage areas
Pros: Love it! Best price here on luggagepros.
Cons: None
Pros: Excellent combination of quality, functionality and value.
Pros: The design is very classy, and somewhat unique with how the seam on top (when standing up) is designed. It looks, and feels high quality, and rolls nice. The protection for the wheels is great too, and this bag seems like it will be able to withstand the rigors of European walkways. Great item at a great price, so I decided to get the 26" one as well!!

Pros: Great construction, high quality, and very durable. Like the new handle design. Great price point for a name brand.
Cons: We have an earlier version of Travelpro 22'' expandable rollerboard and this newer model will not hold as much as the old model.
Pros: This is a nice and useful bag. It holds enough for several days and the outside pockets are handy.
Cons: The extendable handle broke after less than a year. I have had a replacement handle on back order for 10 WEEKS now and keep getting the runaround from Travelpro. So even though this is a nice bag, I can't recommend it. The bag is next to useless without the handle, and so it is now sitting in my closet while I use my old Samsonite.
Pros: Having the suit/ shirt sleeve for wrinkle-free trips is great, and required even for overnight trips. I think having two poles for the handle mechanism is superior to a single since it is much more stable for wheeling along a backpack or other bag without it constantly falling off.
Pros: Large size. Love the removable suit sleeve. The big plus is that you can replace almost ALL the parts on this bag yourself, including the wheel, zippers, bolts, and handles. Most rolling luggage has handles that are riveted. The handles on this one are bolted in place.
Cons: Handle was a little loose when we got the bag. Also, I prefer the old design where the handles lied flat because they took up less space inside the bag. The biggest downside is that this bag is quite a bit heavier than most I've seen.
Pros: This Travelpro carry-on is ideal--very well-made, looks great, and great price. Also, Luggage Pros is fantastic to deal with. This is the 3rd suitcase I bought from them, and the prices and service have been outstanding.
Cons: None
Pros: Size, capacity, color, capacity. Easy to maneuver.
Pros:
The luggage itself is well made. I had purchased one of TravelPro's briefcases a few months ago from Staples, and I've been impressed with it in terms of durability, features, and comfort. I needed a suitcase for general travel, and chose this piece because of the suiter feature. The suiter held up to its claim - 2 suits fit with jackets only (adding the pants was too snug for my tastes), and 1 suit (pants included) is perfect. No wrinkles whatsoever. Like the briefcase, I'm impressed with the features - TravelPro seems to have traded unnecessary bells and whistles for features you actually use. Would definitely recommend this piece.
I know this review is for the luggage, but I have to comment about Luggage Pros. This was my first experience with them, and I'm absolutely amazed. I ordered the luggage on a Saturday night, and it arrived on my doorstep 3 days later. Unfortunately, the metal logo on the front was slightly loose. I don't think that's a regular occurrence, more a one-off glitch from the assembly line, because the logo on the new one as well as my briefcase are impressively secure. But when I called to report it, the customer service I received was stellar. I received a return label immediately via email, and within hours of the label being scanned by UPS, I received notice of the replacement shipment. That also arrived on my doorstep within 3 days. This company has been fantastic, and because of their service, I'd recommend not only this bag but use of their company to anyone I talk to.
Cons: Again, I think the loose logo was a one-off, and is absolutely no indication of their quality, because the suitcase as a whole is more than impressive. My only other complaint is the anti-tip feature. There is a clip on hook to attach a purse or briefcase to, and my briefcase made the suitcase tip immediately. Not a deal breaker, as the briefcase also has a back strap to slip over the handle of the main piece (which doesn't tip). The hook would be better used for a small purse or lightweight gym bag.
Pros: Nice price for durable luggage! We haven't used it yet, but will be going on an international family trip in 2 months. The shipping was pretty quick considering it came from US to overseas. I'll order for this website again. Great selection & price!
Pros: Looks great, works great. Solid build. Great internal compression straps.
Cons: None
Pros: 1. Well Made, 2. Lightweight, 3. Reasonable Price, 4. Have purchased additional pieces.
Cons: Nothing !
Pros: This is a good looking bag and it does offer some good features.
Cons: The case is only two month old the top handle broke, Travelpro did have me send it back at their expense to have it repaired. This prosess was timely. When the case was returned to me handle which was installed looked very used. If you are looking for a durable case this is not the one.
Pros: Jolanta, your really complaining about 13 ounces, really..I've eaten steaks that weigh more than that.
Pros: I needed suiter and it has nice solution for that. Seems to be good quality but we will see on next several overseas trips what it is worth.
Cons: I would like to point out that Travelpro company puts misleading information about the weight of this particular bag (Crew 8, 22" , carry on). They state that the weight is 8.7 lb and that is simply not true. I just bought this bag counting on light weight, but the bag (completely empty, without any accessories) weighs 9.4 lb. on my scale. Travelpro tells me excuses that the weight is without wheels, then that it is with wheels but without accessories. Anyway, there is no way this bag weighs 8.7 lb. Please check it for yourself and be aware that you customers might complain about deceiving them. The company I bought this carry-on from weighted the bag and confirmed that the weight is more then 8.7 lb.
Pros: This is a well made, light weight and stylish case that travels well. Lots of built in features, solid hardware and easily stored as a carry on overhead. For the price it is really difficult to beat. And yes, Angie from Denver, the new handle design is great.
Pros: Great price for new line offered by TravelPro, love new design of handle.
