PROS: Excellent, durable and well-made bag that should fit in most, if not all, overhead bins. Love the front pocket that includes a protected laptop sleeve and space for other business travel necessities, like pens, business cards, phones, and calculators.
CONS: Bag is not a suiter.

PROS: Traveling a great deal and over some rough terrain, I value wheel durability. The case is new but I expect it will hold up. Wheels replaceable, which is very good, zipper pulls look sturdy enough, and it has plenty of pockets and is well designed. Overall it appears to be a very good value.
CONS: I like to keep a carry-on to be a max OD of 20 x 9 x 14 and this is a bit larger than I would have preferred. Also don't have any use for the expanded feature on a carry-on.

PROS: Not sure of the complaints here, commuters fit almost nothing. Wont fit in RJ-200 but gate check is fine. Excellent bag, plenty of room for 4 days if packed right. Best I have owned, very nice.
CONS: none yet

PROS: overall, seems like great value. i just got it, haven't used it yet, but seems like very durable materials, zippers, wheels, etc. the handle extends beyond what my bigger Travelpro does, and is more robust, too. the expansion makes this suitcase versatile, suitable for longer trips.
CONS: the main compartment is reduced somewhat by those long sturdy handles, but the expansion compensates. could be better with less inner pockets in front storage. too bad it did not come with a toilette bag, like other Travelpros do.

PROS: Well made, excellent quality and well designed. This bag is perfect to take on board and fits in the overhead bins. This is a replacement bag for one that was stolen in Atlanta after a recent trip. Never considered purchasing any other type of bag to replace the stolen one.

PROS: Great silhouette, elegant looking, wheels smoothly and very easily, fits all my clothes for at least 4 changes of clothing since I am petite, including women's suit jackets, scarves etc. Fits into all but the shallowest commuter plane overheads. With careful packing between the metal handles with rolled up clothing, one can fit everything into the bag. I had owned another well made brand of luggage and once while on a trip to Europe, the wheel peeled off in such a way that I could no longer pull the bag on the ground. Yes, luggage stores could change the wheels but they needed several days or had to send it to another city etc. But I was leaving the next day! I ended up having to purchase an entirely new piece of luggage. An unplanned expense but what could I do. The best thing about Crew 8 or all Travelpro is that the wheels are easily changed by the client. I now travel with extra wheels in the suitcase--just in case!! Bravo Travelpro.
CONS: I always have my laptop in a sleeve to protect it so I really don't need the insulated compartment that is built into the front section but it does give extra protection. For longer trips I would get the 20 " wide body carryon for just the extra room. Initially, there was a strong odor emanating from the bag but leaving it open for a few days cleared it out.

PROS: Holds good amount of items in small package, and glides nicely.

PROS: The spruce color is sharp - looks much better than the pics!
CONS: The two-way zipper only works one-way. If I zip it closed the opposite direction, the suitcase falls open easily. Computer sleeve is NOT padded. The detachable add-a-bag strap broke on first use with just my small camera bag attached!
Overall this luggage looks great but is total crap! I have owned cheap-o luggage that lasted longer and performed better than this. BIG disappointment.
Also, won't fit as "carry-on" in overhead bins of most commuter aircraft because the wheels stick out about 1/2"-1" too far. I usually end up either gate-checking the 20" Rollaboard which ISN'T so rolla-boardable!!!!!

PROS: High quality piece of luggage even if it is manufactured in China. Materials are excellent, zippers and hardware are all heavy duty. I certainly anticipate this one to last. I carry two laptops so I also purchased the computer bag with the friendly checking that allows the bag to be opened to lay flat. Works great in the airports and is also a very nice bag. Both have zippered water bottle storage on the side which is great.
CONS: I work out of state so I travel every week to St Louis which takes a toll on luggage between my home and apartment. I ordered the 20" Business based on the minimal amount of clothes needed to transport and the photo that shows a laptop in the front storage area. In reality I cannot get my 13" MacBook Pro in the dedicated slot without turning it on its side which defeats the purpose of having the velcro strap to secure the computer. This storage compartment is best suited for an iPad or netbook. If you are planning on a couple day stay without taking anything bulky this is the piece to buy. Will not hold a suit so if you need more room it would be best to move up the line to a larger piece.
