Cons:
Zippers broke very quickly and screws that hold on handle pulled out after a few months of duty. Plastic snap for zipper flaps on top broke quickly. I have managed to make repairs and keep it longer than others probably would. I find the zippers are not easy to pull around and it simply has design flaws, especially with the way screws are used without lock washers or other mechanism to hold them in. I would not buy another and in fact, owned a TravelPro before this and found similar issues. I am not hard on luggage but of course, no guarantee the airline won't be.

Wouldn't travel without it!

Pros:
The number of hangers it holds..my husbands tuxedo,8 to 10 of my tops, and 6 or 8 of my husbands shirts and these are doubled on Joy Mangano's hangers. The secret is that they hang from both ends which allows alot more clothing and they come out virtually wrinkle free when using the middle soft bar. Never have to have the Tuxedo pressed when we get on the cruise ship. Holds his dress shoes plus alot of other "extras"..we pack ALOT in that one suitcase. Our zippers, plastic tabs etc. have held up just fine so far and we've had the bag for about 4 years and cruise often! I wish they still made the same model tho because the others don't seem to hold a candle to this model.
Cons:
I really have none! My husband didn't care for it at first but has certainly changed his tune, that's for sure! We have the black model..don't know how the chestnut color holds up for looking "beaten" up...so can't comment on the color..but it's a beautiful bag and have recommended it to several friends who have decided to buy one too.

Zippers and clips break very easily

Pros:
The main body of the bag is made of an incredibly durable material that holds up very well to frequent travel. The chestnut color makes it easy to see. Easily fits two pairs of shoes, two suits, two pairs of jeans, four dress shirts, and casual clothes for 4-5 days.
Cons:
The clips that hold the flaps on top of the bag broke almost immediately, they are made of a flimsy brittle plastic. Also virtually all of my zippers have broken off within a year and a half. I only have one zipper pull left, and fortunately it is on the main zipper of the bag. While I like the color it shows dirt very easily, so if your bag is mishandled or thrown on the ground it will get a "dingy" look to it. I'm not pleased with the bag at all, I travel about 30 weeks a year and look for a bag to last at least 2 years, this one hasn't made it a year and a half. If you don't travel a lot, it's an excellent bag, but the zippers and clips won't hold up to frequent use (which is a shame because the nylon/cloth material the bag is made of holds up very well).

Pros:
Great size, very durable. Just took it on a 2 week long trip around the world and held up wonderfully. On the inside it has the hooks for hangers on both sides of the bag which is nice. Was initially worried about the color but it actually looks very nice in person. Is more brown than yellow.
