PROS: First hats of to luggage pros.com for making the purchase process so easy and efficient. I bought the luggage needing it by next week and though their sites states 3-8 days for ground, i got it the next day! Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism and terrific efficiency. As for the luggage, I chose these because of the quality of the wheels and bright green color. We traveled to Hawai'i and it performed great, pushed it over all types of surfaces and seemed to follow my every turn. We were traveling with a baby in tow so we had a lot of other things like a stroller, which made the four wheels on these even more convenient. The handles and the telescoping arm are very sturdy and suggest it will last a long time. On the return flight we had overpacked the largest luggage by 16 lbs over and it closed easily while the luggage overall seemed sturdy. I especially am a big fan of the locks that are TSA ready.
CONS: Some slight scratches already on the surface of some of our luggage, but that is part of the harsh treatment from baggage handlers. In fact it was scratched while placing and removing from the metal cage for size checking for delta (I hate those delta employees at gate 20 -HI). I would be wary placing it in the cage, the carry-on conforms to regulated sizes.

PROS: Rolls easily, kept things dry, each bag has an adjustable strap for attaching other bags, they nest one inside another neatly, without having to fight with the wheels, so only take up the storage space of the largest one. The green is a very distinctive shade - in the madhouse of 3 cruise ships disembarking at the same time, I did not see another bag that looked anything like mine!
CONS: The way the zipper is placed divides the bags into 2 equal depth compartments, which is fine for clothes, but very awkward for packing bulky items like CPAPs or knitting bags. Needs an external identification spot, 'cause luggage tags rip off. I kind of missed having an outside pocket, but I don't think any of the hard-sided bags have that.

PROS: From the moment we opened the box to look at this set of luggage we knew that it was the right decision. This luggage set is great looking, appears to be not only functional but also durable. We are about to take a trip using this set for the first time and hope that all the previous reviews we have seen confirm why we purchased this 3 piece luggage set. Great colors too!
CONS: So far there is nothing that is negative about this set of luggage.

PROS: They lasted well on a 4 week trip through Europe that included planes, trains, automobiles and a half mile hike straight up the heavily cobbled streets of a Tuscan hill town. The wheels and handles did not come off during this ultimate consumer test! This is the lightest weight luggage I've found in an affordable price range. I like lightweight luggage so I can pack more things and still be under the weight limit! Expandable feature is appreciated.
CONS: The manufacturer name plate was ripped off my husband's case, leaving 3 holes.I noticed, on mine, there was a slightly different design and the plate was recessed, making it less likely to come off.

PROS: I received this set as a gift and I love the cherry red color. Haven't used it yet as I do not do a lot of traveling so I may have to update my rating later. So far they appear to be sturdy, have plenty of space and roll very easy.
CONS: Not exactly thrilled with the material section that has the zipper. Just hope it doesn't tear.

PROS: All the features worked to satisfaction and put to good use on a long-haul (3-legs including domestic transit) international flight: spinners, add-a-bag strap, TSA lock, expansion zip, various internal compartments, nestled storage. The finish keeps it looking new since it's not prone to obvious scratches and dents. The carry-on was the perfect size in the overhead bin whether placed on its side or back. Some plastic parts on the spinners incurred some scratches/dents possibly due to handling but it didn't damage the wheels or hampered its performance in any way.
CONS: I'll knit-pick on the manufacturer's name plate on the front which is prone to scratches. :)

PROS: Very light-weight and flexible, deep sides for packing, zipper seperation. They do look very nice. We chose the green color, and I am happy to say it's not lime green but a nicer bright green, easy to spot on the bag return.
CONS: Very first trip with these luggage: The diamond pattern in the finish looks very nice, but apparently something rather gummy was smeared across my bag during the handling. It was difficult to clean out from between the ridges. Also, the handle on my husband's bag had the finish cracked off upon return (careless baggage handling, or defective product? Not covered under 10yr warrenty b/c it is general use damage. Very upset with this.) The wheels didn't roll great across thicker carpet when wheeled sideways, but were fine when pulled behind. Last, there was no place on the bag itself for ID, a luggage tag is necessary.

I chose the green color, since it's not available everywhere, and it looks wonderful! For the price, I am extremely happy with the luggage, and order was perfect from luggage pros ... very fast shipping!
CONS: None so far

PROS: Love the hardshell, love the interior, love the TSA locking mechanism, love the size, love the expansion option.
Have used alot of luggage in the past and this might honestly be my favorite.
CONS: Only thing that I might consider calling a flaw is the way the wheels roll when pulling the luggage. Wheels roll great when rolling on all 4
