Pros: The reason for the 2 stars (and not 1) is that it is fairly comfortable once inflated.
Cons:
The air hole on this was quite difficult to open. After figuring out that I had to pierce the airhole with a sharp object (there was no mention of having to do this in the copious warnings and labels), I tried using dull objects like a chop sticks to open the hole. I ultimately had to use a screw to open this, and the opening was so small that it was difficult to inflate and almost impossible to deflate. Attempts to open the hole wider resulted in poking a hole in one of the pillows (I had bought two).
