I ordered a piece of luggage from you guys a week before I had to leave on vacation (I leave things to the last minute when I really shouldnt). I paid for the three day delivery option, and when getting online, I noticed that it was not scheduled to be delivered to me until after I was already supposed to be on the other side of the world. I called your customer service number on a saturday and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was unable to do anything on saturday, since things were closed and all, but assured me that I would get a phone call as soon as your offices opened on monday morning.
Monday morning, just as expected, I got that phone call, assuring me that my luggage would be on my doorstep in time, and it was.
I really do appreciate your great customer service and the attention that you pay to customers and their needs. I absolutely love my new carry on luggage and it's getting great use in my travels around the world.

Thank you for the follow up email. I found you guys by searching online for a carry-on piece that I needed for a trip in a couple of weeks. The entire process of ordering to receiving was quick and painless. I found exactly what I needed (lucky for me it was on sale) and received it within a few days. I was a little skeptical about ordering luggage online without seeing it in person first, but it was such a good deal that I couldn't pass up and I was impressed when I received it.
