PROS: Good quality leather, conveniently placed pockets, light blue interior makesfinding stuff easy, comfortable handle and straps. Handsome, business-like appearance. Customer service rep is very good. Service is quick and rep is obviously trying to help. Too soon to say about the durability. The hardware would go first. I will reassess in 6 months.
CONS: Bag has been recently redesigned: 1)the straps are not leather; 2)The bottom is not leather; 3)The handle is stitched not attached by the attractive brass brads (rivets); 4)The brads are also missing from the bottom corners. In short, the bag is not as classy as the old design (depicted in the photos). However, the price has dropped, perhaps refective of a cheaper product. The Amazon website shows the bag the way it actually is. In fairness to luggagepros: the rep contacted Solo about the handle changes; supposedly, the stitching corrects a design flaw with the rivets. I don't know that i buy the explanation. From my standpoint, the lack of decorative rivets and the lack of 10% of the leather implies a mfr who is cutting corners. The drop in price bears this out.

PROS: Loved the coffee color and the quality of the bag. It looks professional for work, yet has the youthfulness of a backpack.
CONS: I didn't know the back of the bag was nylon, but it still looks great.

PROS: Like the way the compartments are split . Seems they actually spent some time thinking it out. Very little wasted space. Leather is very soft without having a strong, "I'm a dead cow smell".
CONS: Wished it were black. Was not available when I purchased. Small consequence.

PROS: I have been using this backpack for about 3 weeks. Very attractive leather, good construction and plenty of pockets inside for assorted gear. A very nice alternative to all of the conventional nylon backpacks on the market. I would definitely recommend this backpack to my friends.
CONS: needs covers for some of the internal pockets.

PROS: That it looks like it should last for generations. The color. My motorcycle feels more stable on winding roads and at high speed. My Bad Ass Back Pack loaded with more technology than I ever dreamed I could own-and carry it all in an inconspicuous, good looking, rugged outside but plush where it matters most-inside the backpack. I'm ordering another one to stash back. You could skip the two rivets on the top corners of the front lower pocket. Or add a small pair of "gussets" to help appear as if the rivets are actually functional. I liked it as soon as I got it out of the box.

PROS: Lots of pockets to keep all my gadgets in place. Bag looks great. Top handle is very practical. Despite the cons below, I love it :)
CONS: Too bad my lunch container can sit flat in the bag. Quite disappointing actually, as I bought the bag as a 1-fits-all purpose. The straps could be too far apart for women's shoulders. I find that they slip annoyingly. Hopefully they'll get better once worn out a bit.
