While the Samsonite L.I.F.T. 21" Expandable Spinner does not have an attached strap to add an additional bag onto it, add-a-bag straps are capable of being used with it. Smaller bags that have a sleeve on the back may also fit over the handles of it. -

The wheels are made of plastic so they will be somewhat durable but not as durable as a bag made with rubber wheels.
As long as the bag is packed more fully at the bottom, it should not tip over.

This suitcase is very lightweight, holds a lot and rolls very easily. I just took the 21 1/2" case on its first flight as a carry-on and it made navigating the airport and plane a breeze. Stable, does NOT tip easily as earlier reviews stated. Color (bluish purple) is very attractive. I received compliments on the color from SWA and TSA personnel. I plan to use 24"-25" version for an 18 day bus trip in Ireland this summer and after researching several kinds and brands of luggage, I think I made the right choice.
Cons:
This suitcase is quite large for a carry-on. It fits in the overhead bins on SWA, which is my usual airline, but may need to be checked on planes with narrower bins.
I don't know just how durable it will be over time with plastic wheels.
