Q:
Did you actually measure the linear inches? I just did and its definitely over 62 inches. about 31 x 21 x 13.

Q:
What are the dimensions? Width, height and depth. Most airlines have a max of 62 inches. Is this regulation?
A:
The dimensions of this bag are 29.5" tall x 20" wide x 12" deep. These dimensions add up to 61.5 linear inches, which will fall just under the 62 linear inches that most airlines cut-off at. -

Pros:
1. Light weight despite the size.2.Holds up well despite "gorillas" in baggage handling!3.TSA lock. 4. Enough space to pack large items.-- Large tub like container at the bottom. hence able to pack a lot of stuff.
Cons:
1. Wheels are a bit too small.2.No instructions as to how to change the code of the lock.(I have asked Luggage pro to send me one). 3. Hope it lasts as long as the previous one "borrowed" by my sister in law! 4. The top shelf has a net and two stays. This design is more than 20 years old and has never worked. Either Samsonite needs to install additional stays on sides or totally redesign the suit case.

Pros:
I do overseas trips, which are very hard on luggage. This is one of the only real hardside suitcases left on the market. If bought on line, it is a very good value for the price.
Cons:
My last FLite suffered damage to the retractable handle after only 6 trips, which was disappointing. This model has a modified handle design which will hopefully be more durable. Considering it is hard sided, the weight is relatively low. I agree with other posters that use of more metal (clasps, for example) would be an improvement.

Pros:
Have not used it yet, but bought it to replace an old Carleton suitcase for my Bike Friday. The Carleton rolled the long way and fell over every time I went around a corner or over a curb. Can't wait to use this one! I like the turquoise color. You had good price and delivery. Samsonite is quite pricy luggage, but I don't think any of those with zippers would have worked for a bike.
Cons:
Not yet.

Pros:
No zippers! TSA Lock is nice so you don't have to leave your bags unlocked. Lightweight yet very tough.
Cons:
Already had the side clasp locks shattered by the airlines, and now ordering replacements NON-WARRANTED. The plastic clasping/locking mechanisms should have been made of metal or ABS plastic.

Great Hard Case

Pros:
It's a great hard shell case, I don't have to worry about the things I carry being smashed & damaged so much, even though nothing is 100%. I travel a lot, this is the second case like this I've purchased. The first was a 28inch, it was great, so I bought a larger one, works great for me. I'm in Brazil today, will be in Vegas Wednesday, great bag.
Cons:
Not really a con, just a shell works best with packing packs.

Haven't used it yet but will in the next couple of months. Perfect to carry things I want to be sure are protected.
Cons:
Tabs to open case are a little awkward to grasp. Would have liked 4 wheels, but am happy with the lightweight durability of this one.

Pros:
The luggage is really tuff. I have been traveling with it for 6 months and all it has is scratches on it, it isn't gouged though. It is really lite and a breeze to fit many items in it.
Cons:
I wish there were more straps in the inside case to better secure your items.

Pros:
on first trip with it, so can't say much Like the size and weight.
Cons:
the top has a net like thing for storing. I find it awkward and things fall out. Top of bag becomes too heavy because stuff can't be properly stowed.
