Pros: I think that this carry-on is quite beautiful. It is made well and is the perfect size. I love that my laptop will fit in its own snug compartment and I still have room for a few clothes as well. Convenient front zipper area for ticket and passport! love it

Cons: The only thing that is strange is the velcro straps on the sides. I am not sure they were necessary, but it keeps things together. I can live with it. A little pricey, but worth it for the quality.I hope that it lasts a long time!
