Pros: It has great padded straps, many pockets and feels extremely durable. It's light and it doesn't flop over easily. It's very stable and the "roller skate" wheels are nice! I've been using it for two weeks now and haven't had any issues. It's perfect to carry items back and forth to work each day.
Cons: The back right zipper to expose the shoulder straps sticks a little. There's not enough room for 2 laptops. The laptop pocket is too short for a 17" widescreen laptop, so i have to drop it in the main section. I've been using the pocket for the mouse and power cable instead.
