- Love it!
I've carried this on Hawaiian, American, Delta and United over the last year without any problems. It will not fit under the seat but with most larger plnaes (airbus, 737s, and larger) it easily fits in the overhead bin.
Love the chocolate color. The three outside pockets are ever so useful. The small one holds my keys, earbuds, meds, glasses. The medium size can hold my iPad or (usually) the quart-size bag of liquids. The large outside pocket holds an iPad, magazines, or file folders. The inside is well designed and I can manage 4-5 days of lighweight clothes, an extra pair of shoes and toiletries.
If you fill up all the outside pockets, it will offset the balance so it may stand upright on its own. I just wish it was a little more affordable.

Incredibly smooth (and light to the touch). Well organized. Fantastic overall.

- To big
nice design, the outside pockets are a great addition to the hard side design
The bag is too large for international travel and since June 1 2013 it is also too large for US flights as well, US air has made me gate check it 4 out of my last 6flights

- long weekends, 2 day business trips
Holds a lot of items and the partitions are well thought out. I get better at utilizing its functionality each time I use this bag.
This is my first hard sided carry on. As such it is very rigid and requires you to fully unzip it to slip your hand into a compartment. This makes it difficult to easily access things. It is not as flexible as my old bag which was soft sided

- its maiden trip around the world
packs a lot and with a garment bag sufficient for 5 cities in 3 1/2 weeks
rapid access to take out computer and liquids is difficult; needs a quick access entry other opening the suitcase
