Pros: I loved it! I must compliment the designer. Nothing was missed and everything fit to the perfection, it was a pleasure to assemble this chair, 20 minuites and it was done. I wish all products were designed with logics and precision as this. I also want to compliment Luggage Pros company, they are extremely efficient. It was a great pleasure to deal with this company and I am telling all my friends and family that there still are great companies around!
When I will need anything again I will certainly buy from Luggage Pros, my chair arrived within 3 working days.

Pros: Found this item on other sites, however, this site offered the best deal! The item is perfect! Does take about 2 hours to put together, however, once done it is great! Beautiful and sturdy. We are very happy with the purchase!

Pros: This was a gift for a young man's apartment, to serve the purpose of keeping clothing neat and the room uncluttered, and it works perfectly. It was easy to put together, very sturdy and well made, and the end result is both aesthetically attractive and very functional.

Cons: Initially when I ordered this item there was no indication that it's delivery would be delayed, but then this information was provided shortly after wards (a couple of days). Fortunately, the delay did not cause any problems, but had I needed it sooner, I would have been out of luck.

Pros: Parts well prepared, easy to assemble, looks exactly as described, solid unit when assembled

Cons: Item was back ordered, and nobody told me. When I called, though, the response was excellent.
