Warranty Information

Designed to provide years of unrivaled protection and worry-free usage, ZERO Halliburton cases have been built to our rigorous standards of quality and are fully guaranteed against all defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the case. In the unlikely event that a case suffers from a defect, we will promptly repair it at our expense. Simply call our service center and send the case to the proper location. If repair is impracticable or cannot be performed, we will replace the case.

While each ZERO Halliburton case has been made to last a lifetime, they are still susceptible to improper usage. Our guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, abrasions, dents or damage resulting from misuse or abuse from airlines or other carriers including damages to the contents of the case and consequential or incidental damages. Likewise, ZERO Halliburton is in no way responsible for any damages exceeding the cost of the case or the repairs made to it.

Also, it should be expected that component parts will show use over time and may eventually need to be refurbished or replaced. While this wear occurs normally and is not covered by our warranty, we will be happy to provide you with high-quality service at a reasonable cost.
